Energy matters

Like the cells in our bodies are affected by its surroundings and the signalling it gets from the brain, our brain is also affected by its outer surroundings and the signals or energy it receives.

I want to bring focus to the singling our conscious mind receives during a typical day.  Does it matter what we listen to, watch on TV, talk about or how we feel? Well, in the concept that everything is energy, all of the above have an energy frequency of its own. And all leaves an impact on its surroundings either positive, neutral or negative; in this case our mind.  All this input of different energy into our mind enters through our brain and is further signaled into our bodies.

What then if our surroundings are of the negative kind? If we are living our lives with chronic stress, feeling overwhelmed and exercising poor choices to improve the situation. So instead of making changes that reduces the amount of stress, we are self-soothing through fast-food, binge watching the next season of our latest addiction and feeling there is no hope for improvement.  This only leading us to increase our harmful habits. What if we are constantly feeding our mind with this negative energy, in form of stress, anxiety, resignation? And all this negative energy is transferred into our bodies through the signalling from our brain. How is this affecting our body on a cellular level? Is an input of negative energy causing a negative effect on our health and mind?

We have become increasingly aware that what we eat affects our bodies and health. Over the past decade we have been Juicing, eating plant based, researching the next new super-food, even detoxing the body for all the unhealthy stuff that’s been piling up in our system. And our awareness to fuel our bodies with the right nutrients to optimise our health has become a habit for many.  We know that if we eat unhealthy and only put junk-food into our body our health will become just that-Junk. What we put in, is what will be put out. We become what we eat.

What then about all the stuff we put into our mind? If we only fill our mind with junk?

If your friends are constantly judging you for who you are, and you are surrounded by their negative opinions, and condescending talk.  What type of signal does our body receives from all this? Or if we watch the nine o’clock news every day, telling us of the turmoil, the violence, increasing unemployment, pollution, extremist politics, COVID, disaster upon disaster and repeating this day by day. It is easy to understand the Level of stress and anxiety we feel after having this experience. These feelings are then signalled from our brain into our bodies and translated into negative energy that affects our health and wellness.

What sort of input does our mind need to send a positive and healing energy into the body? What creates positive energy and what creates the negative and harmful energy? Perhaps our mind craves its own type of detox, and to be freed up from the constant input of impressions.

I have lately started a mission to become more conscious and aware of what type of energy I am surrounded by in everyday life and how this may affect my wellness. What situations and impressions leaves me feeling sad, anxious, stressed, or a sense of strong discomfort? Does it leave me with more positive energy when listening to someone’s complaint over and over again? Can I stay updated on world affairs without watching the news dragging on and on about every bad situation?

If everything is energy, then surely anything I see or do that makes me feel uneasy or any negative emotion must also become negative energy that is signaled into my body. With this awareness my focus is now on removing the situations and habits that cause a negative energy and replace them with positive energy inputs.
