From overwhelm to self-fulfilment action.
“The day is always his who works with serenity and great aims” – Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Like me you might be feeling stressed out at times. Just knowing that you have too much going on at once and there just doesn’t seem to be enough time or hands available to fix everything. Does that sound familiar. For me this feeling of overwhelm keeps coming into my life every now and then. Like an old acquaintance that keeps turning up uninvited at the most inappropriate time. And trying to establish a new career while my soon to be two year old runs all around my feet is defiantly one of those situations where I don’t know just how to manage it all. Serenity feels miles away. It is easy then to go into overwhelm and loose focus and sight of where I want to go.
What I do want is more structure. What I want is more freedom, and I know the steps to get there. I know how to Consciously make the aim, and do the follow up action and I know by following these steps I will reach my end goal.
When dreaming of change and more joy and purpose in your life, how dedicated are you to securing that you are aiming in at the target. And even more importantly, remembering to take the steps necessary to get there?
